The Jefferson Dairy is a family owned ice cream business, specializing in fresh,ultra premium home-made ice cream. We also offer rich and creamy soft-serve ice cream, soft-serve yogurt and fat free/no sugar added soft serve .We are located near the shores of Lake Hopatcong, where we have been scooping delicious ice cream for our community since 1969.
